Bill Murray and Stephen Tobolowsky will be reprising their roles from Harold Ramis’s cult classic “Groundhog Day” (1993) for a sequel – well, sorta.
The duo are back as Phil Connor and Ned Ryerson for a new Jeep commercial that’ll play on Superbowl night.
The following set pics were posted by William Murray Golf, so it’s a nice official source. As you can see, the producers have clearly gone out of their way to make the semi-sequel look and play as authentic as possible – even returning to the same Chicago set as the original.
