Hot on the heels of Universal’s decision to release some of their latest films on streaming platforms from Friday, Warner Bros and STX has decided to bow “Birds of Prey” and “The Gentlemen” on digital earlier than expected.
Both titles will be available on March 24, significantly sooner than their initial proposed home entertainment release dates.
The Margot Robbie-starring “Birds of Prey” only hit theaters Feb 7, while Matthew McConaughey comedy “The Gentlemen” was a Jan 24 release.
Expect more early digital releases to be announced in the coming days…
