The four players in the fictional band ‘The Wonders’ from “That Thing You Do!” (1996) will reunite on livestream Friday to raise money for Covid-19 and to pay tribute to Adam Schlesinger, who wrote the title song.
Tom Everett Scott, Jonathan Schaech, Steve Zahn and Ethan Embry will be involved in the event, which will be streamed on YouTube via Zoom here at 4pm PT.
Special guests are expected to pop up too — considering he was the director, is it possible Tom Hanks may join?
