Today at Disney’s D23 expo, studio bigwig Alan Horn confirmed that “Star Wars Episode VII” will indeed be released in the Summer of 2015.
Though Disney and Lucasfilm had both revealed they were “looking at” a 2015 bow for the J.J Abram’s directed film, this is the first confirmation that it’ll indeed hit mid year.
The new “Star Wars” movie will battle some pretty big competition come Summer 2015, including “The Avengers 2”, “Jurassic Park 4” and “Man of Steel 2”.
