Twitch says Daniel Espinosa, the director of “Safe House”, may have signed on to direct Fox and Ubisoft’s feature film version of “Assassin’s Creed”.
The video-game cum movie will feature Michael Fassbender in the lead role. The “Prometheus” android is also producing – assumingly so he can do what he can to prevent the movie going the way of other recent game adaptations, like “Max Payne” and “Hitman”.
“Assassin’s Creed” is due in theaters 2015.
