The second season of FX’s “Fargo” will be a prequel, fixing on the younger version of Lou Solverson, the character played by Keith Carradine in the first season.

FX has passed on the Charlie Kaufman pilo “How & Why”, which was to star John Hawkes and Michael Cera.
