Marlon Wayans-starrer “50 Shades of Black” – which mocks a certain literary adaptation that hit cinemas earlier this year – has commenced production.
Per Deadline, the movie stars the “Scary Movie” alum as Christian Black, a mysterious entrepreneur who introduces a young woman (Kai Hawk of “Bridesmaids”) to his playroom.
The support cast features Mike Epps (“The Hangover”), Jane Seymour (“Wedding Crashers”), Affion Crockett (“A Haunted House”) and Fred Willard (“Best in Show”).
Financed by IM Global’s Octane division, “Black” is written and produced by Wayans and directed by Mike Tiddes.
