Everyone’s favourite serial killer is making a comeback, with “Dexter” set to make his revival on Showtime.
The news has been confirmed on Showtime’s Twitter, with a tiny blood-filled teaser.

The limited series will be 10 episodes, and yes Michael C. Hall is back in the lead role.
“Dexter” originally ran for eight seasons (2006 to 2013), following the titular Miami-based serial killer, played by Hall. In the final episode, Dexter’s sister Debra Morgan – played by Hall’s real-life ex-wife, Jennifer Carpenter – dies, and Dexter sends his kid off to live with his serial-killer girlfriend, Hannah (Yvonne Strahovski). Dexter, however, controversially became a lumberjack and lived life under the radar.
Plot details for the revival are being kept under wraps at this stage… but I. Am. Keen.
