A sequel to 2021’s Mortal Kombat goes before the cameras this June in Australia.
While it’s already known that the surviving characters from the first biffo blockbuster are returning for the follow-up, a new report from That Hashtag Show sheds light on which other characters we’ll see introduced in this incarnation of the movie series.
Baraka, Shao Khan, Sindel, Quan Chi and Kitana are all said to be headed to the big screen. Johnny Cage, as previously rumoured, is also expected to appear in the new film with WWWE Superstar Cody Rhodes rumoured to be the frontrunner to play the role.
